These are the ground rules for using Fantasy Hall of Fame. Short version: it's your league's history, be a decent league-mate, don't abuse the service, and understand that stats are computed in good faith from what your fantasy provider reports.
The service
Fantasy Hall of Fame imports your fantasy football or basketball league's history from providers you connect (ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS Sports, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker and Fantrax) and presents it as an archive: standings, records, transactions, drafts, awards and analysis. It's provided as is, without warranties. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either.
Your account and your league
- You sign in with an email address you control. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
- Importing a league requires that you're actually a member of it on the provider, using credentials that are yours.
- League content (comments, messages, votes) is visible to your league's members. Don't post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam or anything illegal, and don't pretend to be someone else. We don't tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a comment or block its author from the comment's menu. We review reports within 24 hours, remove comments that break these rules, and can suspend accounts that keep breaking them. Commissioners can also remove comments in their league.
- Commissioners can invite members, assign franchises, and manage seasons. Being a commissioner in the app doesn't create any rights over other members' accounts.
Elite membership and payments
Elite is a yearly membership for one league. It starts with a 7-day free trial, and your card is charged the price shown at checkout when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. It renews every year until you cancel.
You can cancel any time in Settings, then Billing, then Manage subscription. Elite stays on until the end of the year you've paid for.
If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we'll refund it. That includes a renewal you didn't mean to keep and a trial you forgot to cancel. Email [email protected] from your account's email address and tell us which league. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and Elite ends for that league.
If you see a Fantasy Hall of Fame charge you didn't authorize, email [email protected]. We'll look into it, refund it if you didn't authorize it, and stop any future charges. You can also dispute it with your card issuer.
We bill Elite ourselves through Stripe, including when you start it from our iPhone or Android app, so refunds and disputes come to us, not Apple or Google.
Fair use
- No scraping, reselling, or bulk-exporting other people's league data.
- No attempting to access leagues you're not a member of.
- No abusing the import or AI features (rate limits exist and are enforced).
Third-party providers
ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, CBS Sports, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker and Fantrax are their own services with their own terms; Fantasy Hall of Fame reads league data on your behalf and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. If a provider changes or restricts its data access, some features may stop working.
Computed stats
Records, awards, values, and scores are derived from provider data using documented, consistent methodology (hover the ⓘ anywhere in the app). They're for bragging rights, not wagering. We make no guarantee of fitness for settling actual bets, and league disputes about the numbers are yours to enjoy.
Termination
You can delete your account any time (Settings, then Profile on the website, or Settings, then My profile in the app). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We can discontinue the service with reasonable notice, in which case commissioners get a window to request their league data.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Hall of Fame's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
